the debug dialer is as attached below on my email.. again and again..

Rack2R5#debug dialer
Dial on demand events debugging is on
Rack2R5#
*Mar 1 05:51:10.302: BR0/0:2 DDR: idle timeout
*Mar 1 05:51:10.302: DDR: Dialer Watch: watch-group = 1
*Mar 1 05:51:10.302: DDR: network 150.2.4.0/255.255.255.0 UP,
*Mar 1 05:51:10.302: DDR: primary DOWN
Rack2R5#
*Mar 1 05:51:15.302: BR0/0:2 DDR: idle timeout
*Mar 1 05:51:15.302: DDR: Dialer Watch: watch-group = 1
*Mar 1 05:51:15.302: DDR: network 150.2.4.0/255.255.255.0 UP,
*Mar 1 05:51:15.302: DDR: primary DOWN
Rack2R5#
*Mar 1 05:51:20.302: BR0/0:2 DDR: idle timeout
*Mar 1 05:51:20.302: DDR: Dialer Watch: watch-group = 1
*Mar 1 05:51:20.302: DDR: network 150.2.4.0/255.255.255.0 UP,
*Mar 1 05:51:20.302: DDR: primary DOWN

As my understanding this issue means that the dialer treated the
150.2.4.0/24 up but still received from the BRI not from the S0/0 that why
the primary still down.
Alhtough the ISIS adj happen already with router
