Understanding VTP Modes / Messages

Hello..

On DoccD defines VTP Transparent Mode: A VTP transparent switch does not
advertise its VLAN configuration and does not synchronize its VLAN
configuration based on received advertisements. However, in VTP version
2, transparent switches do forward VTP advertisements that they receive
from other switches from their trunk interfaces.
Question: Ok in VTP V2 the VTP Messages are forwarded over the trunk
links so in VTP V1 this vtp messages are silently ignored over the trunk
links?, Is Vtp V2 is used what if we have another switch hanging over
this switch and it's configured as VTP Server Mode ?

Sw1 ---- Sw2 ---- Sw3
S T S
*S = VTP Mode Server
*T = VTP Mode Transparent in Version 2

Are VLANs configured in Switch 1 (in the same VTP domain of course), are
learned via VTP messages in Sw3 ?
Does de Revision Number in Sw2 also increases if I add Vlans on Sw1 ??

** VTP pruning is not designed to function in VTP transparent mode. If
one or more switches in the network are in VTP transparent mode, you
should do one of these:
Turn off VTP pruning in the entire network.
Turn off VTP pruning by making all VLANs on the trunk of the switch
upstream to the VTP transparent switch pruning ineligible.
**

Why if VTP Messages are forwarded in VTP Version 2 (By default, VTP
operates in version 1), then we need to specify a list of
pruning-eligible when dealing with Switches in VTP Server Mode?

Maybe I just got a complete wrong concept of VTP Stuffs, and if you have
a better link to understand this it will be appreciated
Thanks

** Sorry for the bad English also..
