I have a simple LAN setup with few clients,
R1 and R2 are connected to that LAN acting as redundant
default-gateways (running HSRP).
My clients are configured to receive default-gateway config via DHCP...
Should I provide/configure the virtual-ip of HSRP group as
"default-router" in my DHCP configuration or should I configure 2
default routers using the 2 physical interface IP addresses of R1 and
R2?
I'd configure the standby IP as default-gateway in dhcp but my
colleague doesnt agree.
