In your case, how flash memory do you have?

I've 8M flash memory but it shouldn't be a problem if I boot in tftp on my
16M ram memory the IOS!!!

Unlikely it dooesn't run!!!

This code works on 2500's with 16M of ram, so am surprised that the code you
have highlighted does not.

I'm trying to download c2500-is-l.122-13.T16.bin (more or less 15M) on my
2500s routers, but 16M of RAM are not enough to host it!!!

I'd like to begin in testing IPV6; "-is-" (IP plus) release is a must for
it but on the CCO I didn't find another one of 2T train, older and smaller
overall!!!

Which one do you suggest?...and where can I download it?
