Hi Mike,

-For ODR to work you need cdp enabled on the interface(show cdp nei detail-make sure you see the other end ip address)
-Give only router odr command on the hub(optionally you can advertise netwrok_
-You will see all remotes connected networks as "o" routes in the hub and all the remotes will see a default route(you don't need to enable odr on the remotes)
-Suppose hub is connected to anoter routing protocol, you can redistribute odr routes in to that routing protocol.
-A good reference TCP/IP vol1 by jeff doyale.

I have been playing around with ODR and have a question with this. When configuring ODR it looks like the hub gets all of the networks on the spokes, but the spokes do not get any networks from the hub. Are the usual options to configure a default route on the spoke or is it common to redistribute an IGP into the ODR router? I figure its probaby more common to just configure a default route on the spokes. Is there a way to send a default route to the spokes via the hub ? I didnt see a default information originate command.

Thanks,
