I disagree. You have plenty of time to look things up IF you know enough
about what you are doing. Spend time KNOWING (really knowing, not
memorizing potential topics) how things work. If you know how OSPF works,
you won't be stressed about it. You can then spend time using the '?' or
the DocCD to look up specific commands as you know generally what you are
looking to accomplish.

I would avoid the general search function on the CD, simply because it
returns too many things that don't answer the intended question. Once you
get familiar with the layout of the CD (intimately familiar), then you will
have plenty of time to look things up.

I try really hard not to memorize commands. It helps me conserve the few
brain cells I have left after all the parties in college! There has always
been time to look up specifics as long as you know generally what you are
looking for.
