Hi Carl,
 
It is better to go through all the labs and concepts in IEWB. If you can afford for additional resourese, I would strongly advise you to learn from other workbooks(you get different view). Another great resource was ciscopress CCIE lab book(it has 6 labs written by I think former proctor)
