My company has recently purchased a Cisco 11501 Content switch. The servers that will be load balanced are internal servers and also DMZ servers accessed by external users.
My question is since the CSS only has 1 interface to the network, how is this accomplished? As I see it, all servers would reside on a DMZ and all users would go through the firewall to access every server, regardless if they were external or internal users.
Are there other options? Cisco web-site has very little on CSS design and I am drawing a blank. Any guidance is appreciated.
