Hello Roni, Dual ISIS is nice / simple and cool to know! (I'm still a
mami baby knowing ISIS)

ISIS is like OSPF in several things. This DIS is like the DR in the
BroadCast Network, also the election process is very similar with the
only difference that instead of the highest IP Address / This will be
the Highest MAC Address.. ISIS "for now" do not have those cool network
types that OSPF haves, so the only way we can play in ISIS is having a
P2P Interface or a BroadCast Interface by the protocol in nature (was
born like that / so bad for now).. Remember the DIS is this PseudoNode
that is the Centre of the Network (representing it) and we can influence
the election of this state by using the isis priority cmd
http://127.0.0.1:8080/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios122/122cgcr/fiprrp_r/1rfisis.htm#1017970.
Imagine the DIS as the SUN in the Solar System, where all routers know
only about his orbit to him..
So where then you can place the DIS in a HUB and Spoke Network :)

Therefore, when building the routing table, these routers would not install any routes that have as next-hop a router that is not on the list of neighbors. If you looked in the ISIS database, you would see that all required LSPs are present. However, your routing table would have missing routes.
