Try 'show mac'
Not sure if it is show mac 4/1 or show mac port 4/1
Along with xmit and rcv unicast and multicast, it will show you xmit and rcv
octets.

Subject: Cisco 6500 catos command
Hi,
I am trying to figure out how many packets are received and transmitted
on a particular port on 6500 switch which is running CatOS. I am not
much familiar with CatOS so can somebody tell me the command to check
how many packets are received and transmitted on a port for example 4/1.
Thanks,
Sameer
