Re: General Questions About San Jose and the exam

San Jose is pretty much the same. There is a key card you can grab when you
leave the lab, which will let you back in (unfortunately, with 11-12 people
in the lab at once the key is often in use). There is a restroom across from
the lab, and a break room with tons of beverages. You can bring beverages
into the lab, but no food. Wear whatever you want, but I recommend bringing
a jacket. There is plenty of parking, and there is a metro rail station (if
you'd rather not drive).

You're supposed to show up at 7:45am, although both times I've been there
the proctor didn't show up until 8:15 - 8:30. I think it's a game they play
with you to make you nervous. I've had 2 different proctors so far, and both
were experts at avoiding my questions. I wouldn't count on them to clarify
any vague questions for you.
