Which IOS to use for the ISRs and 3550

Hi group,
 In view of the recent announcement for the changes to CCIE R&S Lab
equipment, I was wondering which IOS should I be using for practice and
study ?
 For routers, should I go for 12.4T train or 12.4.3 and which featureset,
also which IOS should I use for 3550s ?
