I think now is the time to focus on the APPROACH you are going to take to
the lab as much as last minute studying of the technologies!
Here is an example of documenting the APPROACH you might take to a section:
ATM (5 20 minutes: Best Time 4 minutes)

   - Immediately determine PVC versus SVC and type of Layer 2 to Layer 3
resolution required; also check for legacy configuration requirement (
   *map-list*)
   - Watch for use of physical interface versus subinterface
   - If CLIP is used determine of ARP server is local or remote and
   configure appropriately
   - If PPPoATM is called for create the Virtual-Template or Dialer
   interface first
   - Before leaving section verify all configurations; possible
   commands include:
      - *ping*
      - *show atm map*
      - *show atm vc*
      - *show atm ilmi-status*
   - DOC-CD paths for this section
      - IOS 12.2 Config Guides ` Wide-Area Networking Config Guide
`Configuring ATM
      - Cisco IOS Release 11.0 ` Router Products Configuration Guide
`Configuring ATM

Work up your game plan and stick to it. You should practice your approach on
a difficult practice lab. I did one yesterday - I rented rack time from
RackTimeRentals - and then I grabbed an InternetworkExpert practice lab. I
put myself in the exact format of the actual lab. I did four hours and took
a twenty minute break - and then went back at it for four hours. I found
that I "passed" the lab and that I had a full hour to spare!
This allowed me to validate my approach! As the Brian's will tell you at
InternetworkExpert - the approach you take to solving the lab is just as
important at times as how much you know.
People that know it all will fail due to the approach - and people will
often pass that know far less because they had a better approach
