Danny,
It has been a while for you !
That Route-map will match a prefix of 1.1.1.1, and hence only allow in
that
prefix, nothing else.
Regards
Lee.

Subject: route-maps question
Guys,
I can't believe I have forgotten this, but it has been a while since I
touched any of this stuff.
If you have a route-map applied to a BGP neighbor and in the route-map
there is no set clause, it's basically not doing anything. Right?
Example:
Router bgp 65000
Neighbor 33.33.33.33 route-map bgp in
Access-list 1 permit 1.1.1.1
Route-map bgp
Match ip address 1
My thinking is that this is basically not doing anything. Do I remember
this correctly?
Thanks,
Danny
