NO! Yikes! Be careful - I think you are FILTERING with this route map!
You are only allowing updates about the prefix 1.1.1.1 <http://1.1.1.1> in
this configuration!
If you did this:
route-map BGP permit 10
match ip address 1
route-map BGP permit 1000
Now you are doing nothing - because in the second route-map statement you
are allowing all routes in! This is reversing the Implicit Deny All at the
end of a route map.
