Tim, Stefan is not looking for differences between Priority and Bandwidth.
He is actually looking for difference between Policing and Bandwidth, i
guess. Correct me if I am wrong.
Well, to answer Stefan's question, as far as i understand it, when you use
Bandwidth, Minimum bw guarantee is provided during the congestion. However
if you use Policing, you can exceed the policing parameters even if there is
no congestion on the interface. Hope i was clear in explaining my thoughts.
