Hi Anis,

Find the best route metric and times it by the variance value eg. 4.
Any routes that fall into the range between the best metric and the best
metric times four will become the best route.

There are other commands that can be used with EIGRP that allow for better
load sharing with variance etc. However this is the answer to your question.
