hello group.
i've got a strange problem with FR. there are three routers, R1, R2,
R3. i'm configuring FR on two routers, R1 and R2 with fram map and no
fram inverse-arp commands. R3 has no FR configurations. But for some
reason the sh frame map on R1 shows the below ;
R1(config-if)#do sh fram map
Serial1/0 (up): ip 192.168.12.1 dlci 102(0x69,0x1890), static,
CISCO, status defined, active
Serial1/0 (up): ip 192.168.12.2 dlci 102(0x69,0x1890), static,
CISCO, status defined, active
Serial1/0 (up): ip 192.168.20.3 dlci 103(0x67,0x1870), dynamic,
can someone explain how the dynamic mapping to R3 was formed. R1 is
configured with two map statements, one to R2 and one to R1 itself.
I'm using a 4500 as FR switch. any help would be appreciated.
regards.
