This test is about changing the value of Be on CB-Policing.
It confirms that when violate-action is not specified, it does not matter if Be has a value or not, it is not used, although IOS shows the Be.
It is related to a previous discussion.
When the violate-action is not specified:
be=7000
!!!!!!!!!!.!!!!!!!!!!.!!!!!!!!!!.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
be=64000
!!!!!!!!!!.!!!!!!!!!!.!!!!!!!!!!.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Same drop rate.
when the violate-action is specified:
be=7000
!!!!!!!!!!.!!!!!!!!!!.!!!!!!!!!!.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
be=64000
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When violate-action is not specified, anything above Bc exceeds.
So, if the task requires Be, it is necessary to configure the keyword violate-action, otherwise it will be there, but no effect.
Any comments appreciated.
