  Not sure what environment you want the routers to work, but, Do you try
Autoinstall?
Maintain a TFTP server, let the routers' config blank, and the config will
be downloaded from the TFTP when they boot.

Then you can apply your feature to the configs centrally, it is just a
multi-txt operation, its simple.
  But if the routers have hierarchy structure from the TFTP root to the
forlige, you need to set the command "ip helper-address" precisely. The
defect of the method is reboot cause your network break down for a while.
