Frame traffic shaping

Hey "Team"

I've got a requirement on a frame relay traffic shape to use 192kbs when
it gets busy (cir 256k).

I know in a (frame map class) the command "frame-relay mincir 192000"
would do the trick.

Could I also use:-
"frame-relay congestion threshold de 75" thus setting anything over
192000 to be marked as de

Would this not do the same thing?

All good, or would it loose me points ?
