qos on bvi interface

Hi,

I'm have atm connections to the Transparent LAN service provider.

And I use BVI interface for connecting two routers and enable ip routing
using that.

And I want to prioritize voice traffic on the out going interface.

After going thru cisco documentation , I feel I can't do any priority
queuing or CB WFQ on BVI interface , even if it has ip address.

Does anyone has any idea.
