Sorry to pour some cold water but have you seriously consider doing
some reading up first ? Cisco CIPT or the Call Manager's documentation
might be a good first baby step.

The questions you are asking are all very basic questions cover in the
documentation and also the Cisco CIPT courses. If the courses are too
expensive, Ciscopress also have numerous good books and of course the
cheapest way is to go through the Cisco documentation.
