lab exam open at Sydney in December?

hi all,
 just wondering if anyone know for IE lab in Sydney , does Cisco actaully
having lab open in December at all? or they are off for Xmas holiday by that
time.
 I have never see any seats available in December, just wondering...
 another question, if there is a seat, say in two weeks time, can you
still book it? or you can book only those seats that 21 days prior to the
date of your booking?
