Hey,
Ofcourse every member here is going to have different opinion. In my opinion your best refresher would be to do the IE 20 labs 2-3 times. And understand all the good explainations there. And take your own notes. The goal is to let so much information not only absorb but also sit in your mind. You will do fine.
And here we should thank Brians of IE because it is not easy task to write a lab book of that caliber.
