Mark,
What did you do to figure out why the ping isn't getting through?
What's the output of show ip mroute on the 3 routers?
What's the output of show ip pim neighbor on all 3 routers?
How far does the ping get?
What's the output of show ip pim rp map on all 3 routers?
HTH, Tim

Subject: AutoRP and MBNA - Again and again
Greetings,
I have a requirement for FR hub and 2 spokes to
-use Sparse-Dense mode
-autoRP , with RP on one of the spokes and mapping
agent on the hub
-have an igmp group reside on one spoke
-the group should be accessible to all
I have
-used the typical AutoRP config with announce on one
of the spokes and discovery on the hub .
-configured "IP PIM SPARSE-DENSE" on all interfaces
including Lo0 on the 3 routers
-did not use "IP PIM MBNA" or "IP PIM Autorp listener
".
-using Multipoint serial interface on all routers
the ping is not getting across between the 2 spokes .
Is there special config that I need to be aware of
TIA,
