Guys,
I can't speak about either TestKing or Boson - never used either.
But, I can tell you I also had to retake the written back in Dec 2002. I
passed but just barely even though I had tons of more knowledge and
experience compared to the first time I took it.
And, the first time I took it, I passed by a mile.
So, based on my experience, the written has gotten much harder but...
2.5 years have gone since I last took it.
HTH, Tim

Tony,
I can tell you from past experience that I found the Boson practice
tests to be pretty good. I used them for CCNA and CCIE R&S written,
although this was some time ago. Like you, my written has lapsed and I
would be curious to hear feedback from the group on how these practice
tests stand up today. I would also be interested in any feedback
regarding if people feel like the test has gotten more difficult from
when I originally took it in May of 2002 (yeah, I know that was a long
time ago in CCIE years).
