Rohan,
Per Cisco link - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/iosswrel/ps5187/products_configuration_guide_chapter09186a00801d6600.html
IPv6 NAT is available in 12.3(2)T minimum or 12.4 mainline code.
I can't tell you what appears in the lab, however, if possible I would atleast load the code on to a router and work through some examples.
Let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks

Hi,
Can someone tell me an IOS image that supports IPv6 NAT-PT. I am using
12.2(15)T9 and this does not seem to have the 'ipv6 nat' command under
interface.
Also how likely is it that this topic will appear in the lab? I am a
little unsure about this.
Thanks
Rohan
