Jan 17th.
Testing centers download the exams 1 business day before the actual test
date. Jan 17th was an American Holiday, MLK Day, which meant the tests were
downloaded on the 15th (still old test), and last day for the old test in
the States was 18th Jan. The rest of the world got theirs a day before U.S.
I know, I recerted on the 18th with the old exam.
