Hi,
 you want to ... How to make the 2 B-Channel ISDN links up altogether..so
you need to club the 2 channels together ..hence ppp multilink is a must.
Now as far as dialer load-threshold ### is concerned , it just decides at
what load you bring the 2nd channel up.
 If you dont use the ppp multilink ... you will have two calls using one
channel each ..but there wont be a bundle.
