 You could do..
 on R2 --
int lo10
ip ad 10.10.10.10 <http://10.10.10.10> 255.255.0.0 <http://255.255.0.0>
 router rip
ver 2
no auto
distribute-list 1 out
  access-list 1 permit 10.10.0.0 <http://10.10.0.0>
0.0.255.255<http://0.0.255.255>
  This will allow only the 10.10.0.0 <http://10.10.0.0> route to be sent to
BB router without configuring a summary.
