If you are not allowed to configure summary on R2 then what about configuring ip rip summary 10.10.0.0/16 on
R1 and filtering everything from R2 to BB1 except this summary?

But after trying everybody's suggestion I was able to only get 10.0.0.0
network to BB1 because its auto-summarize to class-A but not 10.10.0.0
network.
If you guys have any other thought on this would be really helpful.
