On a 3550 you can use the logging file command to do this, but there is
not an equivalent on a router that I know of. To do something equivalent
on a router, you can look at the ip acounting interface command with the
access-violations keyword (and put the log keyword on the ACLs you use)
and the show ip accounting display to see if what you want to get
information on can be captured by those options.
