This could be proprietary feature of Cisco IOS where the interface will be in disabled mode for Split-horizon but you still need to disable it manually for EIGRP alone... RIP works as per the show ip interface Split-horizon output but.. End of the day we are using the same command options only to diable it also.(no ip split-horizon eigrp <AS-no>)
