Apparently, the CCO account password database has been compromised.
The result to CCO account holders is that you will not be able to log
into your account and will get a message telling you to send a blank
email to cco-locksmith@cisco.com. I have had difficulties with the
automated system getting my password reset. I suspect that the CCO
support team will be very busy over the next few days dealing with the
fallout from the password resets. Between the Lynn presentation and
the associated fallout and now this, I guess it hasn't been a good
week for Cisco.
