Under normal circumstances when the summary-address is removed the route
shouldn't exist in the eigrp topology table. Appears you are hitting some
IOS bug.
Try this. Put the summary-address command back on the VLAN int and set a
distance of 255. This should stop the route from getting installed in the
routing table but you will still see the route in the topology table which
means the neighbors connected via that int will still be learning that
route. At this point, try removing the summary-address again to see if it
clears the topology entry.
Eg.
interface Serial0/0.1 point-to-point
ip summary-address eigrp 10 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 255 - put it back on and wait
till neighbors reconverge
no ip summary-address eigrp 10 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 255 - then remove the
summary-address
If that doesn't help, apply a distribute-list to prevent the default route
from being advertised out to anyone who's learning that route as a
temporary workaround.
All else fails, clear the EIGRP process and if that doesn't help go for the
ultimate fix - REBOOT :-)

Thanx for ur reply.
Yes, I tried.. But it gets populated right back. I guess, it need to be
clearned from topology table first. But, I don't want do by clearing
eigrp process. Any other way ??
