Looks good, but in the scenario in questions, it is not allowed to use
inverse arp.

Wondering why Frame relay inverse arp wont work in Multipoint
subinterfaces
!!!!

Here the catch Partial Mesh topology . Hence Use " ip ospf network
multipoint " on the sub interfaces !!! With NBMA ( default Network type
full
connectivity will not be there ).

Things would work absolutely fine !!!!
******************************************
Router Trace

interface Serial2/0
 no ip address
 encapsulation frame-relay
!
interface Serial2/0.2 multipoint
 ip address 10.100.50.2 255.255.255.0
 ip ospf network point-to-multipoint
 frame-relay interface-dlci 100
 frame-relay interface-dlci 102

router4#sh fram
router4#sh frame-relay map
Serial2/0.2 (up): ip 10.100.50.1 dlci 100(0x64,0x1840), dynamic,
              broadcast,, status defined, active
Serial2/0.2 (up): ip 10.100.50.3 dlci 102(0x66,0x1860), dynamic,
              broadcast,, status defined, active

Look at this trace .... Mapping is done dynamicaly

Thanks and Regards
