Your output is coming from "debug ip routing". Being that you are receiving
the 0/0 route every 60 seconds, my guess is that you have ODR working. It
runs from your hub router over CDP (every 60 seconds) and you are on a spoke
router receiving it.

Scott

Subject: NET-RED every 60 seconds
I am still having this NET-RED message. The strange now is that I removed
all routing protocols trying to map the source of the message.
Rack2R5(config)#no router bgp 5
Rack2R5(config)#no router ospf 1
Rack2R5(config)#do b router
Rack2R5(config)#
But the message is there, every 60 seconds:
*Mar 1 03:04:15: RT: NET-RED 0.0.0.0/0
*Mar 1 03:04:15: RT: NET-RED queued, Queue size 1
Rack2R5(config)#
*Mar 1 03:05:15: RT: NET-RED 0.0.0.0/0
*Mar 1 03:05:15: RT: NET-RED queued, Queue size 1
Rack2R5(config)#
*Mar 1 03:06:15: RT: NET-RED 0.0.0.0/0
*Mar 1 03:06:15: RT: NET-RED queued, Queue size 1
Rack2R5(config)#
*Mar 1 03:07:15: RT: NET-RED 0.0.0.0/0
*Mar 1 03:07:15: RT: NET-RED queued, Queue size 1
Rack2R5(config)#
*Mar 1 03:08:15: RT: NET-RED 0.0.0.0/0
*Mar 1 03:08:15: RT: NET-RED queued, Queue size 1
