Get both IE and DoIT and if you do all level 9-10 in IE and level hight in DoIT you will be fine. I have both of them and they are all good. If you choose to have only one. Either one will be good but you still need to read more in depth in each topic you work through the lab. By having both, you can see each of them using different technique to approach to question and answer.
They all are good and all have weakness and strong points
