Yes, you are definitely allowed to reboot any and all routers and
switches.
You do not need to ask permission.
In fact, there might be situations where you have to reload to meet the
requirements of the lab.

NDA... I think we can reload the routers in the lab if we need to..but

need to tell the proctor first and seek his permission to reload ? Also,
