Whatever you do, you will need to coordinate with your service provider to
do the same on their end.

If they are not willing to work with you, then there is nothing you can do.

The other end is my local internet service provider and i cant do any thing
in his network ...and they are using HDLC default no ppp .

All the implementation and changes in my end only.
