In case of Dialer Watch, if dialer-watch is configured in IP2, after the FR is down, IP2 will dial to IP5. In IP2, after the idle timeout is expired, it will check the watched routes, since the FR is still down, it will NOT disconnect BRI. But in IP5, after idle timeout is expired, it will disconnect the line. Once IP2 detected the link is down, it will bring the link up again. The process repeats forever. Does it allow in the lab exam?

R2 call R5 and R5 will callback in your scenario. So R2 will be the one who
terminates the call.
