Regarding Visa Requirements for Lab

Dear Group

I wil be appearing for lab in Sept and could not get a date in Bangalore. So if I ll be travelling to other country for lab do I explicitlly need to apply for a special visa or can I go on tourist Visa and attend lab for that particular day.

Somebody must have experianced this. Cisco's reply on this is not clear.
