While I was studying, I only used a #2 pencil.
When I got to the lab, all they had were colored pencils. I was real
confused and did not know what to do.
It only cost me a few minutes to figure out how to use them. I was ok after
that.
Thankfully, I did not have to sharpen any. That would have cost me the lab
I think.
:)
Try not to get hung up on the little things. There are bigger things to
worry about. Adapt and adjust.

Just in case anyone is curious about Brussels, the pencils are in short
supply usually
one time they had no sharpener at all even after asking. So last time I
emailed them
about bringing in stuff and they said its at the proctors discretion and
ask on the day.
On the day the proctor said as long as all the pencils do is write he
had no problems.
So I guess ask or email ccie@cisco.com in advance.
