OT: SFP to SX cable?

Sorry for the OT here... But does anyone know where to get a cable going
from the mini-SFP gigabit to a regular dual-SC connector? These little
mini-gigabits are cute and all, but a pain to connect back to "regular"
GBIC-sized things!
