ok, here is the skinny.
i was using a tftp server on the same subnet <solarwinds tftp-sever>. i've
flashed about 15 2500's w/ on this subnet but this router is just being very
finicky....
it actually had 2 ios' in it on 2 partitions when i upgraded. i deleted the
one on partition 2 and then did a "partition flash 1" and that made 1
partition. then i tried to flash it...and where i've run into the problem.
