CAR with burst in Kbps

Hi,
I don`t find correct answer in the archive for my question, therefor I post this question.

Question:
Configure CAR with the following parametrs:
for UDP traffic - 4Mbps, normal burst - 300Kbps, excess burst - 450Kbps, conformed traffic - send, exceed - drop

rate-limit output 4000000 "normal burst" "excess burst" conform-action transmit exceed-action drop

"normal burst" and "excess burst" must be in bytes. How can I convert value from Kbps to Bytes in this case?
