I took the R&S on Monday. The morning speaker was a guy named Tom Sellers, a proctor from RTP. Any questions that were asked about specific changed to the Lab were answered by saying "Any changes to the Lab will be posted on the web site at least 6 months in advance." He did have many other tips for taking the lab and some of the major hurdles that caused candidates to fail (1st on the list - Running out of time).
The afternoon speaker was very dry and didn't offer much.
