Ok I am not by any means an isis person, but we are supposed to be out
here to learn so I will take a shot.

I thought that with show isis top you will only see the router if it is
advertising something to the local router. The CLNS neighbor is saying
you are good passing clns packets to each other and have an adj.

ok, i actually see the other router w/ "show clns nei" but i don't see
the
router w/ the "show isis top" command.....what gives?
