Is there any load on this box?
Basically looking at the top line of your 'show proc cpu' suggests that
100% of CPU time is spent in interrupt context (i.e. CEF switching or
fast switching packets).
So either this box carries the maximum amount of traffic that it can
process or you may have run into some strange bug.
It would be interesting to see how much traffic this box is switching
and what kind of extra processing you're doing on the packets (QoS,
access-lists, NAT, IPSec, etc.)

Hi All,
not strictly lab related but thought it was interesting enough to ask

Model cisco 827 and cisco 837 running various versions of 12.2 YN IOS
The CPU output is implying the cpu is constantly runing at 100% and yet
there is no resource taken that amount and none of my services are
affected!
I cant find any bug relating to this but need to find a fix as its
distorting my grahpical view.
I have raised this with my supplier but was intereted to see if anyone
else
had come across this before
